My conveyancer Emily and her assistant Katie were both extremely efficient, professional and helpful. I am a first time home buyer and the whole process was explained clearly to me and they were both always happy to answer my questions and talk me through the next steps. I never had to chase as they were always on top of things which meant that there were no unnecessary delays and I was always given clear time scales which were adhered to. It was always a pleasure speaking to both Emily & Katie and I will definitely use their services again in the future.
