Executor house sale
The entire experience is fairly difficult and drawn out anyway, but it was made easier by having a competent Solicitor in Sonali Ami.
My main criticism would be that any communication from client to solicitor by phone or e mail is 'greeted' by standard message saying that all emails are treated as post and we will get back to you asap /within 24 hours.Sometimes not what you want to hear when added to stresses of such dealings. Whilst I understand they cannot be 'available' at all times and have other clients, clients should not feel to be a nuiscance. Having said this Sonali was always prompt to return a call.

We recognise it can be annoying but it is something that is either on or off and does help to remind clients that we cannot always respond straight away.
