Absolutely fantastic - the whole team - don't go elsewhere!
The whole team in the Halifax Office, from Amanda, to Sarah to Angela herself. As a first time buyer. the whole team have been so helpful, taking endless calls from myself. Explaining everything each step of the way. They have the personal touch, they really care about you. I felt looked after and supported each step of the way. They worked incredibly my behalf. The process from beginning to start was very quick and seamless. I completed in a very quick time frame. Don't go elsewhere, you need to go with them. They are extremely competitively priced but they give you full value for money if not more. They go above and beyond. I cannot express my thanks enough to them, they made me a home owner.

Sale of 60G Keighley Rd
Angela and her team have been fantastic as always and have gone over and above what was expected of them to ensure our sale went as smoothly as possible - My family and I cannot praise them enough! Human and approachable
From start to finish, the service has been superb. People often give "solicitors" a bad name when it comes to moving house, but I think that is the mistake made by the stress of the situation.
Angela, Michaela and Sarah were just fantastic from the get go. Personable, friendly, warm and approachable. If I ever wanted an update or a chat or a better understanding, they were always at the other end of the phone or an email to explain everything.
You are in safe hands!

Fantastic Service - Highly Recommned
After being seriously messed about by a previous conveyancer, I was stressed and behind schedule.
From the moment I instructed them, the Angela Viney team was exceptional. Sarah Whelan handled my case and was an absolute superstar — professional, super responsive, and always on top of everything with clear communication, explaining everything in simple terms as I was a FTB. Angela herself stepped in when needed and was just as brilliant, and Michaela also supported the process smoothly. The whole team worked like a well-oiled machine.
They took me on mid-way through the sale, sorted everything out, chased up outstanding issues, kept me constantly updated, and somehow managed to get me to completion in just 4 weeks.

Property purchase
From start to finish the communication was exceptional. Angela and Sarah kept us informed every step of the way. Even when issues arose with another conveyancer in the chain, they chased them for information which they relayed to myself, and ensured the sale advanced as quickly as possible. Efficient service at a reasonable cost
No fuss approach to selling my Mums house and matters were dealt with efficiently. Staff were all friendly and approachable.
