Easier than I expected
I recently needed legal assistance for a settlement agreement with my former employer. I found Spencer Shaw on Google, as I was looking for a local firm. I contacted them and everything went smoothly from the very first phone call. The matter was concluded within the required deadline, and I was regularly updated throughout.

Quick, Efficient and Helpful
I can’t recommend Nazia Khan highly enough. She helped me with an employment matter and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was quick to respond, efficient in handling everything, and incredibly helpful and understanding throughout. She made what could have been a stressful process so much easier, and I’m really grateful for her support. If you need a solicitor who knows their stuff and genuinely cares, she’s the one to go to.

Contract Review
Nazia Khan, did a stellar job reviewing my employment contract requiring a very quick turn around (2 days). She was very thorough and provided great rationale behind her suggested changes, as well as the associated risks of leaving certain clauses/wording in. In most cases, I was about to get the future employer to modify the contract due to her arguments. I would definitely use her again and I would highly recommend her to others.
