Outstanding Conveyancing Service
I recently used Aneeqa Ghaffar at Wall James Chappell for the conveyancing of my first property purchase and was thoroughly impressed with the service provided from start to finish!
Aneeqa was professional and efficient. Her communication was clear and prompt, which made what can often be an overwhelming and stressful time much more manageable. I felt well-informed at every stage, and confident that everything was being handled diligently and accurately.
There was an unexpected issue that arose towards the end of the transaction (caused by another party in my chain), but Aneeqa dealt with it swiftly and effectively, keeping me in the loop and my best interests in mind.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aneeqa to anyone looking for a reliable and extremely knowledgeable conveyancing solicitor. I’ll certainly use her services again in the future.

First Class Service
Despite several occasions where our buyers had problems which delayed the completion, Aneeqa Ghaffar was extremely patient and reassured us that the final outcome would be smooth and completion would go smoothly.
She was always available to speak with us and replied within the hour to our emails. She called us whenever there was a problem and explained any additional costs and what they were for.

Aneeqa Ghaffar - Exceptional Solicitor
Myself and my partner wanted to purchase a property but had an 8 week deadline to completion from accepted offer. This was a risk we wanted to take as it was a perfect first home for us. We contacted Wall James Chappell who were confident they could get the deal done if all parties were on the same page. We were assigned Aneeqa as our solicitor. Best Solicitors I've Ever Used
I've always found solicitors make things harder than they need to and take forever to get back to you but my experience was the complete opposite. I don't think I waited any longer than 30 minutes to get any reply from Aneeqa. She went out of her way to help find documents that I needed to complete my sale and answered every questions that I had to ensure I understood the process fully.
