Excellent probate service
Georgina dealt with the process of obtaining a Grant of Representation for our mother’s estate. We had a few challenges along the way (very old will, deceased executors, difficulty obtaining details of the estate etc) but Georgina took all of these in her stride and nothing was too much trouble. She was proactive in terms of engaging with and hastening the Probate Registry and we were very happy with the service provided. Thank you very much.

Resolving late parents estate
Myself and my sister employed Wolferstans Plymouth to manage and resolve our late mother’s estate. Georgina Pollard and her team were appointed to carry out the works.
We found Georgina and her team very professional, caring, efficient and excellent communicators during the whole process. Making a Will is Essential & Painless
We all think we know we wish our estate to be distributed upon our deaths. However, there are many nuances and details which require advice & guidance to ensure your wishes are fulfilled in addition to the complexities of inheritance tax rules.
Wolferstans have provided a fantastic service, opening options we were unaware allowing us to construct a will satisfying both of us and our childrens needs.

Wills: Including Legacy of NIC Rate Band on Discretionary Trust
My wife and I have always dealt with Wolferstans at their Plymstock Office for over 45 years. This has included two property sales & conveyancing for both: we have recently renewed our wills which included the nil rate band discretionary trust. This involves quite a lot of legal work to set up and we were very pleased with advice and explanations on this complex subject. Ms Georgina Pollard being a delight as our solicitor.

Will & lasting Power of Attorney's
Georgina Pollard throughout the creating of my Will and 2 Lasting Power of Attorneys was a true professional. She was a great help in constructing both Will & LPA’s. She made me feel welcome at all times. Because of my Vision impairment I would especially like to single her out for reading, allowed to me, both my Will and LPA,s, I was really grateful for that.
