We were recommended to use Blacks Solicitors to buy a property though our limited company and they were an approved company by our mortgage company, Fleet Mortgages. Samantha Simpson was recommended as a highly professional and diligent conveyancer and was supported by Anne Clarkson.
Samantha made the process effortless and stress free. I was a little concerned at the minimum contact I had from them but this was only due to the fact that they had everything in hand and only contacted me when they couldn't resolve the situation or any the questions themselves. They would reply promptly to calls and emails, something which has been extremely slow with previous solicitors in other firms..
We have used Blacks to buy a second property and they were able to make up any delays caused by the seller to ensure we completed before the mortgage offer expired.
I will be using Blacks again for future purchases as I believe we have found a reliable and trusted firm after kissing many frogs (conveyancers) with other properties we have bought.

Amazing experience from start to finish!

Fantastic, efficient, and friendly
We had a brilliant experience as first time buyers with lots of questions about the process. Just nine weeks from offer accepted to completion. Sam our solicitor was fantastic, we never had to chase for anything she was extremely responsive, with excellent and speedy cover from her colleague also while Sam was on holiday. Would highly recommend.

Our solicitor Samantha S was amazing, very good time efficiency. We had 2 weeks from getting the mortgage offer to completing before having to get out of our previous house. Sam rushed this through for us and got the job done. Highly recommend and want to thank her for all our help.

Fantastic service at a very competitive price
Fantastic service at a very competitive price. Samantha is super efficient responding extremely promptly to emails. My purchase was a time sensitive 28 days auction purchase for a limited company and at no time was I concerned that we would not make the set completion date. Blacks solicitors are on the panel for my lender Precise Mortgages and I will now stick with them for any future purchases as I have previously had very mixed experiences of solicitors. Sam has even done my expedite for me rather than just passing on the tracking number for me to do myself and it has already been approved by land registry so all set for the remortgage once the refurb is complete.

Professional, proactive and supportive.
All my property transactions are handled by Samantha and Anne who are an amazing team. They communicate regularly, update me on the status and follow up with diligence. I enjoy working with them on all of my property transactions.

Excellent service
In what could've been a complex transaction, with one house purchase and 2 property transfers, Samantha and Anne made the whole process run smoothly and easily. No chasing was needed and any questions I had were dealt with promptly. I would recommend Blacks solicitors.
