Outstanding
Exceptional service from Gemma Lea at Amity Law. Gemma worked incredibly hard to progress the sale and purchase. She continually kept me updated with the progress and worked tirelessly to address any of the issues that were presented. I was also very impressed how quickly she responded to queries I sent over to her.

No guidance given to us whatsoever
We are first time buyers and the lack of communication and guidance from our solicitors was just poor. I have no other words and won't take it personally but I wouldn't recommend them at all ! Took us 7 months to complete as well.

Negative , sassy and broke up for Xmas beginning of December
Lack of early effort , was forced to do all the chasing on issues with sales and purchase , only time there was a quick response is when they was after money and towards the contract exchange etc and that was only because other solicitors and conveyancers we here forcing the completion through ,

Experience with Amity Law
You kept me up to date weekly or if there was more the information was relayed straight away. The only thing I had an issue with was downloading the forms to fill in.

Exceptional service from a dedicated and experienced professional
Gemma was incredible start to finish, no question was too much trouble and she was able to offer clear and comprehensive guidance and advice at any given time.
We felt very secure in the whole sale despite a few rocky patches as we knew Gemma was fighting our corner and chasing constantly.
A real class act from start to finish I cannot recommend Gemma enough.
