Olivia is an Associate Solicitor in the firm's care department in Bromsgrove and works exclusively on children law matters. Olivia assists parents and family members involved in pre-proceedings (PLO proceedings), care proceedings, special guardianship order applications, non-molestation order proceedings and a wide range of child arrangement matters. She represents clients in both public and private children law cases. Olivia has experience of working in cases involving: parents who have learning difficulties, mental health issues, domestic abuse, substance misuse, neglect, physical and emotional harm, deprivation of liberty and secure accommodation, injuries to children, fabricated or induced illness and parental alienation. Olivia combines empathy and understanding with knowledge and experience and ensures that her clients are provided with realistic advice in line with the Court's approach to the facts before it.
