Just completed our fourth transaction with Jack, (two re-mortgages, a purchase and a complicated sale) over the last two years. He has been excellent-very responsive and clear in his communication. Almost everything is done on line, he's in Leeds, we're in Birmingham. Highly recommended!

Absolutely recommend!
Jack has been so helpful to me and my partner and we are so glad to have had him as our solicitor! We are first time buyers so found everything daunting but Jack always answered our (many) questions quickly. We couldn’t be happier with how smooth our experience has been, so thank you, Jack!

Great Solicitor
I bought my house with support of Black Solicitors. Never had any issue during the process and everything were on time even faster than expected. I specifically would like to thank you my solicitor Jack as he was really very helpful and patient about all my questions. It was my first purchase and I did not know the process very well and he always made clarification for every details.

Highly recommend
Black Solicitors is excellent and by far the best solicitors firm for conveyancing I have ever instructed. I recommend Blacks and in particular Jack Parkinson to everybody I possibly can when selling or purchasing a house. The transaction is seamless and I had no query or concern that Jack hadn't already first considered and acted upon. Cannot Thank Jack and the team enough. Highly Highly recommend!

House purchase
This is the 3rd time we have used Blacks Solicitors (all dealt with by Jack Parkinson) he has made our buying and selling of properties a stress free procedure and is always on hand to deal with any questions, I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who may be in the process of either buying or selling a property wherever in England you maybe, all my dealings have been in the Solihull area of the West Midlands.
