Very efficient service

Good advice but communication could improve
Although the legal advice we received was good and fair, it wasn't always clear what the next steps were and for whom, as the memos didn't explain much, and it was hard to get to speak to anyone who was dealing with our case when we called the office. The whole process also took a long time.

Conveyancing
Being a long time from our last home purchase, things have changed, a lot.
Team Spells dealt with business efficiently and with aplomb.
Things seemed a little distant at first, but this was due to the change in the stamp duty and the rush to get deals done before the dead line.
All in all, and bearing in mind our deal was done very well by Levi Solicitors, we are very happy with the outcome.

Great first time buyer experience
Although I don’t have anything to compare to, the sale went through in 15/16 weeks which felt very efficient. Expectations of me were explained clearly which made me feel confident in the process.
