2 weeks into the New Year I found myself facing redundancy and informed by my employer that I had to get legal advice to review the compromise agreement. Apart from buying a house I've never needed to use a solicitor before, how do you choose a solicitor?

Exceptional Service
I was in a situation where I needed help supporting my exit from an employer who failed to understand nor follow the correct process or procedure for the UK employment law. I consulted with Nina Francis who immediately put my mind at rest in terms of the situation I found myself in and Nina's ability to interact on my behalf. Nina's communication was excellent, I was always aware of what was happening even on her day off. The Best Employment Solicitor in the Business

Kind and tenacious approach
I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you so much for the work you did recently for my husband. After he first spoke to you, his outlook on the whole situation shifted, and there was suddenly a little bit of light and sense of composure in what was feeling like a very bleak and overwhelming moment for him. Settlement of my Issues regarding a Termination/Redundancy Offer
Pleased that the whole process was dealt with using Face to Face via Teams Call and then mobile & email communications. I understood the advise and Nina was quick to implement and chase the HR Section from my previous employer. Agreeing terms was planned ahead and implemented by Nina without me getting involved so pleased with the efficient manner of the settlement and the award.
Any outstanding issues raised by me were dealt with in a speedy & professional manner and lead to quick resolution.
I would recommend Nina Francis to any employee being treated in an unfair manner.

Professional and very knowledgable
I had the pleasure with working with both Lorraine and Nina at Wellers over the last couple of months, for different matters, all happening around the same time. Nina is excellent and extremely well versed in employment law.
I was facing a particularly unpleasant situation after numerous years in a company that did not value me. I received a settlement that was 200% in excess of what was originally offered. This was down to Nina’s support and her direction. She fought for me. The company also paid her costs. It was a nerve wracking time but much less so with Nina behind me.
Don’t just accept a settlement if it doesn’t feel right. I highly recommend Nina and would not hesitate to use her again if the need arose.

Very happy with the service provided
