Paul began his career at Dawsons Music, where he worked as a shop floor advisor and steadily advanced to the position of Head of Customer Service. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for HR, which inspired him to transition into the field. This led to a new role as People and Culture Manager at his next company, where he felt he had truly found his calling. Paul thrives on helping to foster a positive workplace culture and finds great satisfaction in seeing people succeed in their roles.
