Ann has been exceptional during a very difficult three years since my grandmother passed away. House sales falling through and a slow market meant that the finalising of the estate wasn’t straight forward but Ann remained supportive and steadfast throughout. I can’t recommend this firm highly enough.

Assistance with Legal Power of Attorney

I could not find the documentation pertaining to me power of attorney and the person who originally drew it up was uncontactable. Ann Farnill took on the case and also chased up my funeral plan, advised me to update my will and retrieved the Power of Attorney documentation. I have hearing difficulties and Ann made sure that I had understood everything and put it all in writing for me. I would highly recommend Rotheras Solicitors.

I found this company to be very professional and helpful with and leading up to our probate application dealt with by Ann Farnill. Christopher Sweetman dealt with conveyancing and was also excellent. I can thoroughly recommend Rothera Bray.

I went to arrange a new Will with Rothera in Nottingham city centre.
From the initial phone call to the signing of the will everything was OUTSTANDING!!!
We (myself & service dog) were looked after amazingly.
My will is complex as I have a teenager disabled son and they made sure every I was dotted and T’s crossed!!

With Special thanks to Ann Farnill, Jasmine Marshall and certainly not forgetting the receptionist - Eleanor King. I can’t thank you enough for what you’ve done for my son and I.
