Exceptional service, Richard and his colleagues were professional and personable not to like other Law firms we have worked with in the past. Very professional, articulate and fast to respond
I have just sold my accounting company and Myerson Solicitors did a fantastic job for me. Ryan Fletcher was my main contact and he clearly advised me on my options on all sorts of matters and then explained the legal jargon in a way that was crystal clear. Funding Round Support
I had worked closely with Ryan Fletcher on a previous piece of work in a similar area so decided to go back and work with Ryan and Myerson again. They are professional and up front through the whole process. Costs came in line with their estimates at the beginning and they really helped us through the process. Ryan ensured items were laid out clearly and we were not caught out in the deal by any legal terminology that we didn't understand.
I would highly recommend working with Ryan and the team from Myerson.

Joint venture share acquisition
I have worked with Myersons for a number of years and find the working relationship very good. Tuned into requirements for small businesses and easy to do business with. Price always tricky with professional service firms, they are good a looking at their fees in the round and when they may not have been quite as efficient internally so in the round value for money is good.

Highly Recommended
Myerson have got their culture right. It's evident from the Partners hands on approach and all their team members with whom I have interacted with on several different projects/cases.
Simply put, there is uniform clarity in their communication of the scope of their work and the expected cost. They have always highlighted when there was a possibility of exceeding their estimated fees and the reasons why. They are responsive (always getting back to me within a relatively short period when asked) and they are quite clearly very knowledgable.
They do all this with a friendly, professional, style and it gives me great confidence in their work.
