Unfortunately our experience was awful as it took nearly 8 months to achieve a fairly straight forward conveyance. This was mainly down to the inexperience of dealing with a specific issue which in our view should have been anticipated much earlier than it was eventually discovered due to a lack of knowledge on the solicitors part. It caused enormous stress to us & had it been resolved earlier then the whole conveyance would have gone quite smoothly but as it happened it dragged on for months & months & months.

I originally engaged Berensens' as they had just opened shop in Exmouth. I knew nothing about them.

I have now completed several personal matters, Divorce, Will writing, and a few property matters; a building plot, a house and two - about to be three purchases. The responses are prompt, and professional. They will always take my call or return it if suitable.

For me, the have broken my stereotype of a solicitor. They are thoroughly brilliant.
