Emma and Susie have been super helpful with the sale of my first house especially when the buyer, estate agents and other side's solicitor have been, let's say difficult. I have had my full trust in them and they've both had my best interest at heart. I've had really quick responses on everything and Emma has explained everything to me really clearly.

Sale Of My House
I can't begin to thank Emma and the team from WB Pennine Law enough for all the hard work and diligence in dealing with the sale of one of our properties.
There attention to detail from start to finish was spot on, and there was no question from myself to them that was deemed irrelevant ! Which in turn gave me greater understanding and confidence in understanding some of the legal terminology used.
We are that happy with Pennine Law that we've decided to use them in selling our second house as well as purchasing our new home as well. I think that in itself show how much confidence we have in this solicitors.
From the girls behind the reception desk to the team upstairs I just want to say well done, and we'll be seeing you very shortly.

Conveyancing perfection
Had a rather unique bespoke house contract drawn up and the sale completed by these guys and dolls, and can safely say I’m extremely happy with the service from the start to the end! Highly recommended, exemplary attention to detail and their prices are literally so reasonable! Gave me clear advice and completed in good time on a sterling deal for me and my family estate. Cannot praise Emma and the team enough!

Sale and purchase
Emma burnham at pennine solicitors is 10/10. Throughout our sale of a very difficult leasehold flat she has been amazing, going above and beyond to get this sale and purchase over the line. Emma has been transparent all the way through and is always available for a phone call. I would 100% recommend and will be using her in the future!

Mount terrace
We’ve not bought a property since 2019, and how things have changed.
I always liked the face to face contact I had with Michael and I have to admit I’m not a huge fan of the digital world.
That said the processes were easy to use and very quick even if they did fail once or twice and have to be redone, but still very fast.
I’ve never met Emma face to face, and the conversation I have had with her has been brief, but productive, and tbf the work itself has been a simple transaction and nothing really worthy of long discussions.
All in all we’re happy with the experience. We would and are using your services again with another property Emma is dealing with. Maybe over time and business the relationship will start to feel more personal, as it used to do with Michael Johnson.
