Mandy and Amelia completed the conveyancing for both our Sale and Purchase of property in a very efficient, friendly and professional manner. There were some tight timelines imposed on us with our purchase and this was readily dealt with. Excellent service and would definitely recommend.

I have used Lamb Brooks on several occasions over the years and this business venture was conveyancing. Mandy Brown and Amelia Cox kept me updated and even when the other solicitors involved decided to have a throwing their toys out the pram moment Mandy kept her cool and we completed despite their tantrums.

Lamb Brooks helped us through a tortuous conveyancing process lasting over 5 months! Amelia, in particular, was great in chasing down delays from our purchaser and, along with Mandy, providing guidance and explanation of the weird and wonderful legalities we encountered (like chancel repair liability).
