We have used Aldridge Brownlee (Winton) a couple of times for support with amending deeds and also the purchase of a property and they have always been outstanding in their work! Lee Hooper has been our solicitor both times and he has been fantastic to work with, very down to earth and reliable. But all staff here are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this service and will definitely be using them again.

First class job
We have and will always use Aldridge and Brownlees, they are a long established totally professional organisation, and Lee Hooper conducted our business extremely satisfactorily.

Lease extension
It was a long hard slog of 11 months for me but most of it was the freeholder and his solicitor.

Lee was professional and very thorough throughout the entire process. There was good communication from start to finish and any queries or questions were replied to quickly. I would definitely recommend Lee and Aldridge and Brownlee solicitors.

The sale went very smoothly, despite some tardy responses/actions from the purchasers' solicitors.
The Aldridge Brownlee conveyancing staff were all friendly and professional, and ensured that our requested deadline was met. We felt listened to, and all our questions/comments were dealt with appropriately, and in a timely manner.

We found Lee very approachable and he had handled a previous issue with our property which was useful. He explained the process very clearly & I was particularly pleased when he explained that he had evidence of the tenant's signature in accepting notice when at the time all knowledge of this was denied.
