Mark was great throughout our interactions. He was always very transparent and was also on hand whenever I needed him, either an email or phone call away. Even when I moved and there was an 8 hour time difference he was still great. Marks advice was sound throughout.

Incredible service from a genuine person
Was represented by Mark from PIP all the way to the inquest. I can genuinely say Mark was one of the few people who had a grip and actually cared throughout the process. Always on the ball, and committed pretty much 24/7, nothing was too much trouble and the distance he covered to attended meetings was incredible.
Right up until the point of handing it over to the KC for the inquest Mark showed a genuine interest in the case, and was in contact throughout. Cannot recommend him enough

Exceptional Service
I was presented with Gross Misconduct Allegations back in July 2022 where I was assigned Mark as my legal solicitor. He has been dealing with my case for two and a half years where yesterday I was cleared on all allegations with no case to answer.
Mark has been from the outset exceptional. He explained everything in detail and never left me to worry. Undoubtably I had moments of worry and I was quite distressed. He did nothing but support me and reassured me. He always let me know I could phone him whatever time if I had any queries or questions. He kept me informed at all times and explained everything down to a tee.
He instructed again, exceptional barristers who also assisted with the no case to answer outcome.
I cannot thank Mark enough for his help over the last two and a half years. I will be eternally grateful for him for everything he has done.

Support with gross misconduct proceedings
I would thoroughly recommend Mark and his firm, he provided great advice and support throughout the whole process me, lasting eight months in total, ending with a good outcome that at points did not look achievable. He was always easy to contact and prompt to answer any questions I had. I do not have anything negative to say.

Superb
I was met by Mark in a timely manner and he has reviewed all material prior to our engagement. He was clear in his advise and adopted a professional and supportive stance, giving guidance on how the matter would proceed. His confidence in me allowed me to be prepared for my interview and sure the right outcome would be determined. I hope I'm never served papers again but if history repeats itself I would like Mark at my side.
