I was buying my first house and my mortgage broker said Tea was amazing so I went with she. She was so right! She was very helpful, kind and understanding. She took the time to explain the process and help me with things I didn’t understand making something which can be stressful a lot easier. Tea is very quick to respond and give updates. Excellent Conveyancing Service - Highly Recommend
Tea at Always Conveyancing is without a doubt the best Conveyancor/Solicitor I have ever used. I would highly recommend her without any hesitation to anyone who is buying/selling a property. She is throughly professional, highly communicative with regular updates (which in my experience is a rarity for many in the legal professional), friendly and she supported us amazingly all the way through quite a difficult sale process. Add to that a very reasonable price and, well, what's not like.
Having been through 4 or 5 property sales/purchases in the last few years the service she provided to us was by far and away the best I have experienced
In short - if you need a Conveyancor, I would absolutely recommend Tea to everyone.

First time buyer!
The service we received from Tea, was excellent especially as first time buyers!
Her fee is competitive when you compare the shambles trying to communicate with a large, faceless online conveyancer.
You get what you pay for!
