Excellent Service by the New Instructions Team
So far we have had excellent service and help by the New Instructions team. Very good communication and clear help guiding us through the process. Lily has been excellent!
The only downside is that we have not managed to get their App working, so are missing out on much of the information and especially the progress in our selling and purchasing.

House Sale
Solicitor Lyons Bowe recommended by the Estate Agent. Received detailed information from them outlining the various steps of a sale, what the solicitors would provide and what was expected of us. Estimated costs were outlined.When contacted they were helpful and informative. The solicitors have an App which has been useful and enabled us to complete things on line.

Lily is efficient, knowledgable and thoughtful
Lily has been extremely patient during this process which as a first time buyer is a little nerve wracking.
She is clearly knowledgable, efficient and very organised.
