Difficult task made easy
Ailidh was friendly, sympathetic, explained the work she and her colleagues would do in straightforward language, and answered our questions with confidence. It made what could have been a difficult discussion (deceased parent’s estate) as pleasant as possible.

Fantastic knowledgeable and supportive at a difficult time.

Gaining confirmation of my fathers death...
