Writing a Will via Atkins Dellow & funded by the Free Wills Network
Maia Creed with Sarah and team at Atkins Dellow made the whole process easy. Great location for the office in central Bury St Edmunds.
They made using the Free Wills Network process easy. I just needed to provide the yellow form from my participating charity of choice.
I’m struggling with health and they included permitted involvement of my independent ( from the will) friend who helped me in all of this.
It’s a relief to know it’s done and that the Will is kept by myself and Atkins Dellow.

Friendly,efficient and professional service.
We came to Atkins Dellow for advice on updating our wills after being let down by our existing solicitors. From making the initial appointment to signing our documents last week,the process was seamless. Maia explained how we could achieve the changes we wanted to make in an easily understood way (only resorting to Latin when strictly necessary!) and we were pleased and impressed by her depth of knowledge. Atkins Dellow will be the first choice for our future legal work.

Efficient
All the people I dealt with were very good, very efficient and made the whole process of dealing with the death of my aunty very easy

From the reading of our father’s will to the probate and settlement of his estate, the experience with Atkins Dellow has been highly professional and everything has been so sensitively handled. At what can be a difficult time for relatives, we were grateful for the efficient, caring manner demonstrated by everyone we encountered, from the people on reception to the solicitors managing different elements of the legal work.
