Highly Professional and Compassionate Service

Settlement agreement

Redundancy/Unfair dismissal from a Care Company
This company was recommended to me by someone who had used them in the past. They are not at all local to me but this was not a problem.
Zakia was assigned to deal with my case. She was helpful, friendly and gave me sound advice which enabled me to deal with my company who had no clue what they were doing and had breached my employment rights.
I was able to achieve a great outcome with her help. My company paid all the legal fees which was a bonus.
