Conveyancing
My Mum is 93 years old, and is now in a care home with dementia, and as a result we had to sell her home to pay ongoing care home fees.
Lis May was our cotact at Moyle's and she did an excellent job in getting the sale to completion.
Towards the end, there was a need for speed as exchange and completion were only about a week apart, but Lisa handled all this very efficiently with a minimum of fuss and bother.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Lisa and Moyles to anyone.

Quick slow quick quick
Sometimes when you want things to go fast they go slow and other times, time is not enough ! Lease Extension
Lisa conducted proceedings to aquire a lease extension to my requirements. I was given good advice as to my options and kept well informed throughout the process. This took a relatively short period to complete and kept my involvement to a minimum.
