Our Head of Criminal Litigation Moira Macfarlane hails from the North but has spent her recent years representing people in the heart of London where she has lived. She believes in community and caring for it. She is known for her passionate advocacy and relentless pursuit of Justice both within the profession and outside of it. She has appeared in published papers and articles for a variety of cases across print and the internet. She has been asked to participate in interviews although usually declines as she believes that client care is her priority and her words in Court speak louder and more importantly for her clients than anywhere else. She has experience in all areas of Criminal Litigation and is passionate about a diverse caseload. From Dangerous Dogs to Drugs and Debts she has experience in cases large and small. She relishes a challenge and accepts cases that others often won’t due to their complexity or nature. She has dealt with young people facing Gang Injunctions to those in their twilight years having problems with Neighbours. She is passionate about the homeless community and also protecting the interests of those who have worked hard for their businesses and assets. She has been awarded costs by the Court from the Crown Prosecution Service and has a proven track record of outstanding results. She still deals with cases despite being a Director and Head of Department and believes that showing up personally is important.
