I engaged Simon Davies at pepperells, as my solicitor to take me through the process of gaining a possession order against my Tennant, who was refusing to vacate my property. Simon was very helpful all the way through and always kept me up to date and always promptly returned my calls. He was very swift at completing necessary paperwork for the court. Appointment with Simon Davies
Found Simon to be extremely professional, he made himself fully aware of our issues and seemed to be well prepared for the interview. By the end of our session we were fully informed of all matters regarding our problem. He gave clear guidance of our situation and of how to move forwards. We found he dealt with us in an attentive and friendly manner and would not hesitate to use him regarding future matters.
