Dear Kellie, May I take this opportunity to thank you and especially Hannah and Sophia for the outstanding work that you and your team have done for us. It's extremely rare to have a person with such drive, dedication and commitment…and unbelievably, you have (2) of them! It was certainly the best decision that Brigitte and I took to choose Kingsfords as our solicitors to deal with our house sale. We are extremely grateful for all that you have done for us and for your unstinting assurances and perseverance. We will be in contact in the not too distant future to undertake the Powers of Attorney work that I mentioned to Hannah - but rest assured that we won't be moving home any time soon!! We really appreciated all the hard work and dedication Kellie Darke, our solicitor, put into the sale of our house. Although the process was far from straightforward, Kellie was solution-focused every step of the way.

She always took the time to explain things clearly and offered practical advice whenever issues came up. Her ability to stay on top of everything and come up with solutions made a real difference and helped to ease a lot of the stress that naturally comes with selling a home.

Kellie was approachable, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout – we always felt like she was in our corner, and that gave us so much peace of mind.

I used Kellie Darke ably assisted by Katy Langley to manage the conveyancing for my house purchase.

I was under a ridiculously tight t deadline to exchange and complete just before Christmas. Both Kellie and Katy were so very lovely, extremely knowledgeable, and couldn’t do enough to help me achieve this - coming off of holiday to chase things for me. I was fairly ignorant of the processes and at all times felt able to call, pop in and ask any questions in order to get this through.

I cannot thank them enough and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with conveyancing or similar.

We have recently asked Kingsford Solicitors, Cranbrook branch Kent to undertake all associated paperwork and correspondence to third parties on our behalf, for the sale of our late parents property. We met Kellie Darke and Katy when my sister and I dropped in to leave paperwork etc. We were very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Everything went without any fuss and was dealt with in a very professional manner, making everything much easier for us as a family when dealing with the loss of loved ones. We recently bought a new build home in Cranbrook and wanted to use a local solicitor. It was very convienient to be able to call or drop into the office with paperwork and questions throughout. Kept exactly to initially agreed completion date. Katy and Kellie were fantastic. Thank you very much.

Kellie Dark I have used kingsfords for a long time
