Very good
We used Holley & Steer as we were moving to the area and thought it better to use a local solicitor.They came recommended from the estate agent we bought our house from. We dealt with Cassie, who kept us informed along the way and helped us if we had to phone with a query.We would recommend them and if needed would use them again.

Fantastic Throughout!
Cassie was fantastic to deal with thought our sale. As we live abroad, we really needed someone reliable to look after our sale. You won’t find anyone more reliable and responsive than Cassie. I highly recommend Holley & Steer to anyone in the area, they are fabulous to deal with.

Brilliant Service - Professional, efficient and responsive
I'm very happy with my experience, Cassie helped turn my house purchase around in seven weeks (including the Christmas and New Year period) which is unheard of these days. I had regular and clear communication, any query was answered on the same day and I had complete trust and faith that my transaction was progressing well. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Cassie and personally using her services again. Couldn't ask for any more - thank you!

Cassie was nothing but helpful to myself & my partner. We have just completed on our first home. After hearing some horror stories about bad experiences with other solicitors, I can say that this company and Cassie have been absolutely amazing throughout. Always keeping us in the loop and reassuring us throughout the process.

Lyons Bowe were excellent looking after the sale of my property
Throughout the process, the team at Lyons Bowe kept us informed. We could also stay updated using the app which was more convenient than dealing with endless paper forms. The team were always available via phone or email with quick response times. I would highly recommend!
