James Poynor has been absolutely brilliant. He completed on 2 flats in the same week for my mum and myself. James is always calm and so quick to follow up on anything that is needed to move the sale forward.i would recommend him without any hesitation. The other thing that I loved was the team work. When James was on holiday Farihah Amned, stood in, was delightful and exchanged 1 of the flats. I also need to mention Natasha Mohabir, who was amazing in assisting James and Farihah.
