Been using Nelsons since January 2022. Outstanding service throughout, firstly following my dear Mums death Helen Salisbury worked exceptionally hard dealing with the whole estate which took over a year to complete. Amazingly efficient, helpful & friendly throughout!
Secondly, Catherine Griffiths dealt with the Conveyancing throughout the sale process of Mums property & also just completed the purchase of a bungalow for myself. She has also been wonderful, so efficient & helpful & the knowledge both Helen & Catherine provided has been brilliant. Huge thanks to both.
Perhaps not the cheapest of Solicitors but can't fault the service at all, you get what you pay for !

Fantastic service once again!
Catherine has recently helped us sell a property and she has been fantastic. She was very proactive in dealing with the buyers solicitors and always quick to respond to emails or available for calls. Catherine always took the time to explain where things were at and the next steps. I couldn’t recommend her more highly! Thank you!

Pleasant experience
Catherine always very informative and helpful - prompt replies to my emails and returning my calls. Kept me well informed on what was a difficult sale.
No problem getting a face to face appointment on both occasions to go through and explain documents.
Easy to speak to very friendly, would recommend.

Great service!

Delighted with service received
A very prolonged sale, fraught with delays on the buyers side was handled by Catherine with a professional and approachable attitude. This eventually resulted in a less stressful experience overall as we were kept informed and given good advice during the process. Would have no hesitation in recommending Nelson’s in general and Catherine in particular.
