I joined Devonalds in July 2022 and am based in the Bridgend office. I specialise in residential conveyancing, wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney. I completed my Law degree at Swansea University and completed the Legal practice Course at the University of South Wales (Glamorgan in my days). I started my legal career working in Newport and Cardiff acting for insurance companies at large commercial firms. I qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and worked at a local high street firm for three years before joining Devonalds. I pride myself on providing a friendly, personal service to my clients. I was born and raised in Treorchy, and now live in Cwmparc with my wife and son. In my spare time, I enjoy an early morning run (as long as it’s not too cold or wet!) and spending time as much time with my family as possible.

The procedure from start to finish went really well. Good advice given by Luke and very pleasing service overall. Costs were very reasonable and no hidden costs!

I was recommended Devonalds by both my Estate Agent and Mortgage Advisor independently and thought that this must mean they provided a quality service, they did not disappoint. Luke Williams and the team at Devonalds Bridgend went above and beyond to ensure as stress free a process as possible.

Working on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home they led us through every step of the process, supported by an app to make life easier rather than relying on snail mail we got through our forms quickly and efficiently. Searches and Enquiries were handled with little requirement from us to get involved.

Where there were issues regarding communication with both sides of our chain Luke and his team were quick to act, putting pressure on where needed to ensure there was no delay.

I would use Luke and his team for any future legal matter, they have proven to be trustworthy, attentive and offered a personal service that would be hard to beat.

Fast, efficient, and helpful.
Luke Williams and his team at Devonalds are great. My partner an I did not need to chase them during the purchase of our first home. Any questions we had were answered quickly.
The combination of Devonalds solicitors, Christina Gee (Mortgage Advisor), and Herbert Robert Thomas (Estate agent) couldn't have been better.
If you're going to use a solicitors for your next move, go with Devonalds.
