Litigation / Dispute Resolution
We were referred to Simeon Blewett by your conveyancing department as a result of a tenancy dispute, since we was looking for advice on taking action to evict the tenants. We found Simeon very helpful, and once given the go-ahead, very efficient and very quick to reply to queries. The process was started, and fortunately the mere threat of eviction had the desired effect, and the flat was vacated. A satisfactory result to a stressful situation thanks to Simeon and his team.

Excellent helpful and understanding
Simeon was instrumental in figuring out our best options with solving a complicated business issue. He simplified the process and very quickly understood exactly what was required and what our options were. Communicating back and forth with the opposing solicitor in an efficient manor and ensuring the balance between advising us sensibly and getting the best result for us financially was maintained throughout. I couldn't recommend him enough. Hopefully i will never speak to him again! As if i do it means I have another issue!! But if it did happen I would know where to go. Thank you 👍
