Kate and Emily were amazing from the initial phone call to completion. Kate set out the different types of wills and how the process works. Kate and Emily were so friendly and welcoming. There was no overload of jargon. They explained everything in simple language that was easy to follow. Their communication was great and anything that needed to be checked they got back to me very quickly. The whole process was so easy and hassle free - there was no pressure to have answers or make decisions. All the staff there were lovely and friendly when I arrived. Amazing experience with them and would recommend.
