Conveyancer supreme
Ursula went above and beyond to expedite a re-mortgage case in the quickest time possible as the previous lawyers had failed to perform and the client was facing a much higher variable interest rate.

Conveyancing with care and speed
Wellers stepped in, after another law firm completely failed a valued client and quickly assimilated the case and got the new mortgage completed ahead of expectations. How refreshing to see a law firm under promise and over achieve. Rare indeed! Client will be back as has many other properties.

I highly recommend Ursula Puch at Wellers Law group Bromley. Ursula was super professional, helpful, and communication regarding the sale process of my property was excellent. Lease extension and sale of flat

Martin and Claire Sweet - house sale/purchase 2023
