My experience with charlotte
I struggle with autism and sever anxiety and the whole way threw charlotte made sure I knew everything correctly and she did not mind me asking her to explain some things in abit more detail also she made me feel very comfortable and calm i couldn’t recommend a better solicitor

Charlotte
Charlotte was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel at ease and explained everything so I could understand what was happening, and what would happen next. Charlotte was very approachable, kind and patient. I really appreciate how she made me feel knowing that it was my first time being arrested.

Excellent service for a great law firm.
Charlotte represented me at Bootle magistrates court's she explained everything to me in clear understandable professional way. Once in court she spoke clearly and made sure the magistrates understood my circumstances. Tbf I was expecting a lot worse and I feel I left court with a very good result thanks to Charlotte.

Lovley lady
As an autistic person
I can struggle taking direction from other people . This was not the case with
Charlotte she was very kind and softly spoken whilst being really professional and ensuring I was looked after and I understood the case clearly.
