Samantha Millington handled the purchase of our present home during the time when there was a great deal of activity due to the temporary cancellation of stamp duty creating a great deal of work for solicitors to beat the completion cut off date. There was also a holdup lower in the chain near our completion date but she finished the job in good time. She later provided proof of our ownership of the solar panels on the roof for the transfer of the Feed In Tariff contract. Two way communication was good throughout.

Fantastic Service
Sam, Rosie and the wider team were great when we were selling Mums property. Everything went smoothly, as it did a few weeks ago when we sold our our own house.

Quick and efficient sale
This is now the third time we’ve used Slee Blackwell for moving and they have always been fantastic. Always there to pick up a call at no extra cost and with their online portal it makes all the form filling an easy job. I highly recommend this company and the wonderful team in Bideford who work so hard to make forward steps with their clients at heart.

Patience of a saint!!
Sam Millington and Rosie Martin acted on behalf of myself for the sale of my property.
