Ian is a Director and the Head of Company/Corporate Team and Commercial Property Team. He is also the Head of the Malton office. He works out of our Malton and York offices. He assists clients with their Company, Property and Agricultural legal needs. Ian's work includes: Acting for individuals and companies on corporate transactions for the sale or purchase of businesses or shares Advising on all aspects of commercial and agricultural property Reviewing and advising on company and business structure including partnership and shareholders agreements Negotiating and reviewing the legal documentation relating to commercial contracts, terms and conditions, renewable energy products and property development through collaboration and promotion agreements Following qualification as a Solicitor in September 2001, he spent 12 years with a leading East Anglian law firm specialising in all commercial and property matters, specifically commercial and agricultural work.
