Ethan graduated from the University of Dundee in 2021 where he achieved a First-Class Degree in Scots Law LLB. Thereafter, he completed the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde in 2022. Ethan has gained significant and varied criminal experience from conducting and successfully defending clients at Justice of the Peace court, Sheriff court, and Sheriff and Jury court Trial Diets. Now a qualified solicitor, Ethan specialises solely in criminal law and enjoys appearing in court at all levels. Ethan prides himself on robust preparation of each client’s case at all stages, and careful consideration of their mitigating circumstances, should it become necessary to advise them to the court. An understanding of a client’s unique defence and circumstances is essential to building a successful defence, and Ethan endeavours at all times to discuss criminal charges and evidence with clients, consider their position, and provide the appropriate advice.
