Intelligent support
After the death of my husband, 3 years ago, I wanted to check that my will & lasting power of autorney were up to date & in order.
Melodie sensitively supported me through this process in a sympathetic & friendly manner.
I was treated with respect & offered assistance (by carrying my coffee cup ) making it possible to move around the reception area with dignity.
When I was unsure of the action to take with my financial matters I was given the time & oportunity to contact Melodie & speak to her direct.
I felt that I was treated as an intelligent adult with respect .

Incredibly helpful and patient during a difficult time
I'm incredibly happy with the services provided by Melodie, and I am very fortunate to have met such a thorough solicitor. She helped me through the process of probate and the instructions provided for documentation required was very clear. It's a difficult thing to deal with, but Melodie made everything so much easier to manage. As well as probate, Melodie has helped me with conveyancing and my will, which I am very grateful for. Excellent service.
I had to make a new will and set up LPA due to change in circumstances. Everything was clarified and made easier to understand at each point in the matter. This made the whole process for each aspect much easier to make decisions about. Melodie was supportive and friendly; this helped greatly regarding putting me at ease and helped me feel more confident in what is not an everyday situation. A wholehearted thank you!

A Quick and Efficient Service
I contacted Melodie about changing my will. She responded quickly and we had two face-to-face meetings to finalise the will. Throughout the process she was thoughtful and considerate of my needs and very through in detailing the requests I made. A very efficient service carried out with sensitivity.
