Accident at work
I had an accident at work at the start of the year, I was told by another solicitors that I didn't have a claim. Someone advised me to talk to ASD solicitors, I'm so glad I did. From the first phone call to Chris paying me a home visit the service has been outstanding. Personal injury/pedestrian in road traffic accident
Excellent service. Would highly recommend. Really good and timely communication. Really good outcome. Personal home visit for an initial assessment which I appreciated as couldn’t travel very well on crutches. Personal service. Realistic advice. Would definitely use again. Assisted with a claim for compensation following a traffic accident
From the first contact with Christopher Chappell, I felt comfortable discussing the accident on my Mother's behalf and during the whole process was kept upto date with what was happening.

Personal Injury
I was lucky to pick Accident Solicitors Direct based on the reviews they had, I cannot thank them enough for the amazing service and help they have given me. Chris Chappell came out to my house to see me when I came home from hospital, he even went to the site of the accident to take photos too. Chris kept me informed all the way through the process with calls, emails and post. We went to court and won the case, there was then an appeal which took a year to resolve, but in the end Chris and his team came through for me. I wish to thank you all for such a great service.

Professional and knowledgeable
Chris came to see me at home the very next day after I called, which I was really pleased about as I couldn't drive at the time due to my accident, he was very professional, knowledgeable and straight forward. I cannot thank Chris enough for all his help, support and knowledge on my case. He kept me informed throughout and supported me so much in court, I cannot thank him enough.
