Savannah has been amazing from the start of the process throughout. She has kept up informed of what is required & how the process is progressing right along the way. She has been very supportive in chasing homes England when they continued to deliver poor service & communication in their side of the dealings. Really great communication
Savannah was brilliant with the purchase of our new build. She responded to emails really quickly and chased things up as soon as I asked her to. She was really polite to speak with and overall provided a brilliant service.

Great experience with Samuel Phillips
This is my 2nd time using Samuel Phillips as solicitors for the sale of my residential property and I have found the experience positive again. Some aspects initially could have been explained in a clearer and easier to understand way however whenever I asked a question the team were in depth in their response and actions. Communication was quick, always professional and polite.
Would recommend to all.

Outstanding service - Highly recommend
We used Samuel Philips for the selling of our current home and buying of our new home.
I also previously used Samuel Philips for purchasing my first home a number of years ago, and following this great experience I didn't hesitate to appoint them again for this purpose.
Savannah and Katherine were absolutely exceptional with great legal knowledge and I couldn't recommend the Firm enough. We had a particularly tricky buyer and required a lot of guidance from the team - Savannah was our paralegal and main point of contact throughout our journey and I cannot thank Savannah enough for all her help.
Savannah was professional at all times whilst also being extremely approachable and an absolute pleasure to work with, Savannah took the time to clearly explain things to us when we needed a little more guidance. I felt I was always kept up to date on everything and felt confident in Savannah at all times - especially throughout periods where our buyer and their solicitor was particularly tricky to deal with. Everything that we needed was provided within plenty of time and we never once had to chase anything up - I felt more than confident at all times in Savannah's expertise and efficiency.
I fully recommend the Firm and will be using Samuel Philips again in the future and would like to once again say a massive thank you to Savannah, who was absolutely invaluable and made our experience as seamless as it was.
