Conveyancing
Brian Craig has been helping me with property sales and purchases for the past ten years and he has always provided an excellent service, sometimes in extremely difficult circumstances. I have also recommended him to others and their feedback has been equally positive. He works very fast, communicates very well with me and others and is very professional while trying to keep costs down at all times. I feel very fortunate to have had his support all these years.

Excellent service - great communication and progress
I used Brian Craig when selling a property. Brian was helpful, efficient and communicative. He took the stress out of the process. I didn't need to chase him. He kept me updated and was good at keeping the process moving along. I found the Meaby app and portal helpful and easy to use.

Excellent service

Brian is very polite and patient. He does his job properly, he knows what he is doing. He is a person you can really and tryst him on the process if how he handle. What ever case I have I di call ask him and with out hesitating I always bring my case to him.

Leasehold conveyancing review

Absolutely fantastic solicitor
Having had a really poor experience a few years ago with an online Solicitor, Brian was a breath of fresh air and most importantly: very thorough.
He even managed to get things over the line by the stamp duty deadline which of course I (and my bank balance) appreciated a lot - awesome work

Safe pair of hands
A friend recommended Brian to me for my house purchase & sale. Brian was very reliable, responsive & helpful. Happy to explain what i didn't understand, he guided me through the process, replied to my emails within a couple of hours and had to deal with a very challenging solicitor on the other end. I thoroughly recommend Brian. He has decades of experience that really paid off during our sale. I believe his expertise helped to shorten the whole process.
