A competitive quotation was received from WGA and accepted, the conveyancing was progressed in a timely manner. After the first purchasers could not complete the purchase a second buyer was found and the information initially sent was then used for this sale. I was concerned that the purchasers of my property were using an on line solicitor but this did not prove to be an issue. Completion was then archived in a timely manner.

She delay with the entire transaction very professionally and diligently.

The process was managed expeditiously achieving our target moving date.

I used WGA after a previous excellent service provided by Sue Bloomfield. However my work was undertaken by M. Watts. I had no initial issues but due to complications outside of anyone’s control, the house sale did take a long time to complete. Despite this, I did on numerous occasions have to chase WGA for updates and only received them after having to keep asking plus I did ask for WGA on a number of issues for professional advice and never received any comment or reply to my specific issue. I will not use WGA again because of this.
