Recently used Wolferstans to conveyance a complex house purchase. Tishka Chapman handled the process. She was on hand every step of the way and was absolutely brilliant. She was excellent at keeping in touch and kept updating me throughout. She went out of her way to respond promptly, even at weekends. I am so impressed at how hard both her and the team worked, they really did make the process run smoothly. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and would use them again in the future (not that I’ll need to now that I’m finally settled in our forever home!). House sale
Thoroughly professional service. Due to the need for the sale to be completed as quickly as possible, they were very good at keeping the communication going, kept me updated regularly and were always on hand to provide answers to my queries.

House sale Devon
This is the third time or fourth time I have used Wolferstans solicitors in Plymouth for my conveyancing. Tishka is marvellous, she is attentive to detail and leaves no stone unturned. Superb service
Tishka and her team were really efficient and supportive through a difficult sale. She was honest and clear with her advice and where we were with each step. Communication was quick with same day replies to queries, meaning we were never delaying the process.

A great service received
A great service overall, app is easy to use in terms of uploading information and documents which negated the requirement to post documents or drop them into the office until exchange.
The team worked hard to ensure our purchase and sale were completed ahead of the deadline of changes to stamp duty and were professional and knowledgeable throughout.

Always in good hands
I have had the pleasure of working with Tishka Chapman and her team on a couple of occasions now and have never been let down. They are super prompt, very thorough and diligent, approachable as well as very knowledgeable. On a couple of occasions they have truly gone beyond their remit in order to assist me in completing the transaction. Highly recommend!
An improvement opportunity would be the app (completely outside of Tishka's control), which I do not find user friendly nor efficient, having to manually download each document and emailing it to yourself. To make matters worse, each document is by default titled "in case" when downloaded so you then have to also rename them manually
