Attia Hussain is a Supervising Solicitor-Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience based at NLS's Luton office. Attia has specialised in Family and Children Law since 2008 and offers her clients continuity of representation both in the office and at Court. She usually undertakes the advocacy in most of the cases she handles. Attia often represents children through their Children’s Guardians and has a solid reputation acting for children who can instruct a solicitor independently. She is frequently instructed in Deprivation of Liberty and Secure Accommodation applications involving children often at very late notice in the High Court.
