We used Grant Saw's services to purchase our new home. We worked closely with Emily Pearce who has been an absolute superstar. The whole process was very transparent and she did whatever she could to speed up the process on all fronts (including the council). Her communication was flawless and in general she was a very pleasant and professional solicitor to work with. She set the bar for any future solicitor encounters very high. We cannot recommend Emily enough. Thank you for all your hard work and support with a very frustrating chain!

Flawless buying and selling of home
I was recommended Grant Saw by a friend, and went with it.
It proved to be a perfect service.
We used Grant Saw, Emily specifically, to sell our home and buy our new one.
The quote was easy to understand, onboarding and the due diligence was a breeze.
We worked with Emily, however when she was off occasionally, her colleagues and team picked everything up without missing a beat. A well oiled team. Always a concern when you know the person looking after you is going on a deserved break, but there were no issues at all.

Faultless Support and First-Class Communication.
We honestly cannot praise Emily enough. She has been absolutely outstanding throughout our recent house move. From start to finish, Emily was efficient, effective and incredibly professional, making what is usually a stressful process feel calm, clear and well-managed.
Her attention to detail is second to none – nothing was ever missed, and we always felt confident that everything was being handled to the highest standard. Review of complex conveyancing services
Emily has helped us through a complex project, involving dissolving trusts, transferring ownership etc for 3 properties. We knew it would be complex, would involve liaison with multiple stakeholders and that we would need a lot of help. I am very glad that we found Emily and I am delighted to recommend her to you. She is technically adept, a good communicator (translating legalese into plain English) and very responsive. She has done exactly what she said she would do when she said she would do it, breaking the process down into manageable and understandable steps. Thanks Emily.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Emily Pearce at Grant Saw Solicitors for my property purchase. I'm very pleased with her services. Throughout the entire process, Emily was highly professional, responsive, and proactive in addressing any concerns that arose.
She kept me well informed at every stage, ensuring that all legal matters were handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. Even when things became time-sensitive (we needed to complete in less than 4 months due to SDLT changes) Emily remained organised and determined to push everything through smoothly.
