Worst experience re-mortgaging a BTL property
I got a quote from Redkite for a re-mortgage BTL property. There was continuous poor communication. I had to do all the chasing up. The extensive delays led to my financial loss due to the higher interest rate charges. I was being sent from one solicitor to another within the firm and the nail in the coffin was when Redkite had increased the price by more than 250% from the original quote. Even though I had assurances that the original quote was accurate. I would never go back to this firm and did not complete the re-mortgage with them.

I am wery happy with this company
I am very pleased with the cooperation during the purchase we had minor problems related to random accidents but the lady from firmly behaved very professionally informing me about everything thanks to which I was always up to date.
