Didn’t feel like I was important in their operation. The speed of reply to my emails was sub par to say the least which lead me to turn to ringing them when I had a reply for one of their emails or had a question myself. However, on the phone it felt like they just wanted me off.

Best service
I cannot praise Baljinder Gadi and her team enough for the excellent service delivered in the purchase of my first house. Especially being a first time buyer it was great that Baljinder explained everything clearly all the way through and was always there to answer my questions.
